ABOUT ME

Having worked as a Womenswear Fashion Designer for almost 16 years thus far, supporting CEO's/Directors/Leaders/ Founders, to become successful or even more successful, I have had a privilege to be a part of their substantial achievements to date.

Also, on the back of it, I have helped with stress, how to bring back clarity, focus and calm, that supports them to retain their vibration at its highest level to forge forward in a productive, efficient and effective way, allowing them to be their true authetic self and attract what they wish.

I have found time and time again that the reason people are suffering is because they have not dealt with something from their past and instead buried it deep within their bodies that manifests in to either a phyical, mental, emotional or even spiritual illness. I will help you find the root cause and help you realise your full potential so that you can fulfil it. Help you master your life to reap the benefits of living a truely fulfilling and rewarding life.

Upon carrying out many sessions during my early learning adventure, I realised that I had the ability to see where the root issue of ones life had manifested in to this "di-sease" holding one back and down. I realised that this was intuitive guidance and thus incorporate Reiki and intuitive guidance if you so wish.

I have been fortunate to have worked with hundreds of truely amazing souls from all walks of life, whom have welcomed the opportunity to share with me their issues and concerns to help support them to attain their ultimate intention.

I am a strong advocate of prevention being better than cure, as well as, natural alternatives being better than conventional medications for minor ailments.

My style of teaching is relaxed, but maintain the structured traditional methods and disciplines. Continuously update my courses should new information arise to keep them as up-to-date, authentic and as accurate as possible.

I am a certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Qualified in both traditional Usui Shikki Ryoho and Usui Reiki Ryoho, I am able to trace my lineage in an unbroken line, (to Bethel Phaigh) back to Mikao Usui (the founder of Reiki) on both Eastern and Western sides.

What is lineage and Traditional lineage?

All practitioners and teachers, who have been trained in the traditional system of Reiki, should be able to trace their lineage all the way back to our founder, Mikao Usui. A Reiki lineage is basically a family tree in which everyone attuned to the traditional system of Reiki, will be able to trace back who attuned their Master and so on. A Reiki lineage is declared valid when it can be traced all the way back to the founder in an unbroken line. Attunements are an important part of the system by which Reiki is shared between teacher and student.
